Open Question: Sluggish scroll bar? |

My scroll bar on my new Dell Precision 490 with Windows XP Pro is very sluggish when I scroll down. Kind of like when you are in the "Go Back" menu.
I checked for viruses, adware, etc with numerous adware and spyware, so I'm pretty sure it's not a "bug"
Can anyone help, has anyone had similar situation to mine?
